Model Facts untuk Pembinaan Motivasi bagi Peningkatan Kinerja Dosen

Model FACTS (Follow-Through, Accuracy, Timeliness, Creativity And Spirit) have been tested at foreign country (Hebert, 1999; Evans, 2001; Mills, 2001; Birkholm, 2002; Breeding Et al., 2002; Cromwell, 2002; and also Uchiyama and Wolf, 2002) and in Indonesia in airline by Rusdiyanto ( 2002) and lecture by Mardiyah (2004c). Contribution of the Research for example performance improvement, improvement job motivation, and work attention. Zoglio (2002-3) expressing with this model is competency and motivate human resource can overcome low skilled storey; level of high repeatation. Method of this Research represent research qualitative for the purpose of developing a model in order to developing quality of human resource in grow motivation so that improve performance. Execution of this Research use to action research with use of time during 3 divisible year in 3 research phase. Quantitative research with data collecting of primary conducted by using mail survey (sending kuesioner) or interview directly subyek of research or technique snowball. Criterion of responden selected as member of sampel in this research is lecture in College/University of East Java. Result of research show model: model College of Economic Malangkucecewara Malang of fit, University of Muhammadiyah Malang of fit, University of Brawijaya Malang of fit, University of Merdeka Malang of fit, University of Gajayana Malang of fit, College of Economic Jayanegara Malang of fit model College of Economic Indonesia Surabaya of Fit, model College of Economic Perbanas Surabaya of fit, model University of Surabaya of fit, model University of Airlangga Surabaya of fit, model University of Pembangunan Nasional of fit and model University of Wijaya Kusuma of fit.
